System Requirements:

More information coming soon.

Licencing Structure:

The software consists of two components, the Teacher (Tutor Control) program and the Student (client) program.  The student component is a very small program installed on all the students' workstations that you will need to monitor/control.  It can be installed on as many machines as you like as this component is free of charge.

The main Tutor Control program is installed on the machines to be used by the teachers or administrators.  This is the main controlling program and it's just this component you will need to purchase.

Example 1:
A school has 2 computer labs, each containing 20 student workstations and 1 tutor workstation. It also has 1 library where 2 librarians need to monitor 45 student machines.

This school would need to purchase 4 Tutor Control licences only, 1 for each of the computers used by the teachers in each lab and 1 for each of the librarian machines. All student workstation installations are free.

You may wish to purchase 1 additional licence for the network administrator to manage the entire network from her own workstation.

Example 2:
A school with 5 labs and 10 teachers with portable machines that are carried to each lab. This configuration would require 10 licences, one for each Tutor Control program installed on the portable machines.

For higher ratios of portables to labs, we can offer a concurrent usage model, as long as the school purchases a minimum of 10 licences.

Example 3:
A school with 1 lab of 30 machines and no specific teacher computer, the teacher picks any machine that is free.

The Tutor Program can be installed on a memory stick, inserted into any machine and run directly from the memory stick. You would need 1 licence for each memory stick. (You can reduce the number of licences purchased by simply sharing the memory stick)
